Hello Hustlers! My name is Amiya, and I’m the hustler behind The Glowy Hustle. I’ve been dancing since 2014, and let me tell you…it’s been a ride. When I first started, I had the look, but let’s to real, I did NOT have the hustle. I struggled. I wasn’t making the kind of money I knew I could or of my peers, and I was beyond frustrated.

So, I made a choice: I got serious about myself and my hustle. I invested time into learning everything I could: sales, reading people, understanding psychology and emotions, and figuring out what works (and what doesn’t) in the club. Most importantly, I learned from my mistakes and stayed motivated.

This dedication changed everything. My mindset shifted, my confidence grew, my horizon broadened, and my hustle started paying off. I went from struggling to thriving. I went from being shy to feeling excited to make connections, and I created The Glowy Hustle to help other dancers do the same.

I know this job isn’t easy. There’s no guidebook, no training, and no one handing you a roadmap to success.I had to learn from the error of my ways, and now I’m helping other dancers so they don’t have too

Going from the shy and reserved dancer, to the outgoing, confident hustler I am today, was a messy, but beautiful process to witness. And If I can do it, so can you.
